The Astra Action is inspired by Kansas’s state motto, “Ad Astra per Aspera” (To the stars through difficulties)—a tribute to striving for excellence through grit and determination. This flagship action is engineered for discerning hunters and long-range shooters who demand the highest levels of refinement, precision, and customization in their builds.

CNC-machined from pre-hardened 416 stainless steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance, the Astra incorporates an integrated recoil lug for enhanced alignment and stability. It maintains the Remington 700 footprint for excellent stock and chassis compatibility while offering extensive premium options.

Key specifications include:

• Floating and interchangeable bolt head (.223/.380″, standard/.478″, Magnum/.535″, or Valkyrie/PPC faces available)
• Controlled round feed with enclosed mechanical ejector
• Bayonet-style firing pin assembly
• Spiral-fluted bolt for ultra-smooth cycling (advanced finishes available)
• Integrated recoil lug and Savage small-shank thread tenon (1-1/16″-20 TPI)
• Highly customizable: multiple magazine cuts (AICS, AW, single-shot, extended), ejection port options (left/right), bolt knobs (competition, diamond, helical, tactical, etc.), tang styles (medium, thick, trim), rail MOA (0/20/30/40), and finish choices (DLC black or blasted stainless)
• Swept or custom bolt handle
• 90° bolt throw, right- or left-hand
• Short (SA), medium (MA), and long (LA) lengths with refined feed geometry for flawless magazine performance
